The candidate will be interviewed by the concerned assessor in one to one basis. The candidate should be free and frank enough to interact with the interviewer. The interviewer may ask questions relating to the candidate’s exposure to different environment i.e. self, family affairs, educational background etc. He/she may be asked to analyze or interpret some of the national/international issues and hypothetical situations. Candidates are expected to be sincere and honest in their interview and must disclose the facts and figures to the best of his knowledge.
